The Immigrant Service Providers Network has reopened applications for a fund created to provide immediate, unconditional economic support of $500 to immigrant families who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. The IFER (Immigrant Family Emergency Relief) Fund is now accepting applications.
Eligibility
To qualify to receive funding, applicants must meet the following four criteria:
✔ Be an immigrant, asylee, refugee, or otherwise foreign-born
✔ Not qualify for state unemployment benefits
✔ Have lost work hours, wages, or other income due to the COVID-19 pandemic
✔ Live in one of the counties in the Greater St. Louis Region:
Illinois: Calhoun, Clinton, Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, Randolph, St. Clair
Missouri: Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis City, St. Louis, Warren
